The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act set aside a $7.5 Billion budget that state and local governments rely on to build EV stations. Only four states bothered to try, and altogether, they only built 8 stations. THOSE FOUR FUCKING STATES DO NOT USE UP ALL THE FUNDS, THE MONEY REMAINS LARGELY UNSPENT.
Even ignoring your saying $40B when it's $7.5B or little details like that, you should learn the difference between a budget and expense report, between money available and money spent, you fucking intellectually dishonest piece of trash spreading lies without doing 30 seconds of googling.
