So what should be the final action, do I go in for the kill and take them on for discrimination and harassment in the workplace over a long period of time, and then see the place close, or should I try and work with them to make the place a happy and thriving place promoting good experiences and a place of worship. Thereโs always another possibility that I could just leave them to it, but I think that with out constructive advice and honest hard work , the place will not be able to seriously last that much longer, and it could be something really special with the people who work thereโs help ๐
