My wife & our divorce

This was my second wife and she was 33 & I was 58. We had only been married for 7 years. I was an international executive travelling 50% of the time & sometimes gone for 2 or 3 weeks.
I suspected that my wife was cheating & decided to ask her point blank. She looked down looking very sad & said yes. But she looked up & said it was not my fault. James kept hitting on me & you were gone so long. I looked at her & said OK, I understand, You are so much younger with strong needs & James is a young healthy black man. Just do me a favor. Please be discreet when you meet him.
She hugged me & thanked me for my understanding.
So we went on like this but they were not very discreet & some people we know saw then together & put 2 & 2 together. I was home & my wife's friend was there & she accidentally asked where James was. That was pretty humiliating. She knew my wife was having sex with a black man. The4 relationship with my wife continued to deteriorate as she saw James more & more & it was getting pretty open.
Then the envelop was delivered to me at my office. She had files for divorce.
Accusing me of mental cruelty, desertion and unspecified causes. I pleaded my case but she won a huge award.
She now lives with James, out of wedlock and my daughter from ,=my first marriafe lives with them. Anne is 32. I am pretty sure James is fucking her and my ex wife.
