Very few true Pentecostal churches insist on long dresses and no makeup. I say "true" because there are some churches that call themselve "Oneness Pentecostal".
Oneness Pentecostals are primarily the ones that are long dresses and no makeup. But they also are not actually Christian. They reject the doctrine of the Trinity and believe heretical things about the doctrine of Salvation.
Trinitarian Pentecostal churches are far less restrictive. They don't care about makeup and only a few of the older crowd care whether you wear a dress or not.
