So I work in a family owned supermarket I work 5pm to 10pm.I'm a 16 year old boy one of the girls I work with same age as me always put in the same group keeps telling everyone what colour the waist band of my underwear is.It does not mader what I do at same point my waist band will be visible.I complained to the night manager and he said that she the owner daughter if I don't like it to quit or shut up.
I need the money so I just put up with it after a week I get over it.Then one shift she and one of her friends and I are working a aisle together and I reached up to put something on the top shelf and she goes oh you have cartoon underwear on and her and her friend come over and pull the back of my pants so they can see them.When we finish the aisle she asked the night manager if our group can work the dairy work.He said yes.The dairy case you can fill from back in the cool room we go to the cool room.When we get in the cool room she moves a pallet into the doorway so no one can get in after we work half a pallet she and her friend come over and say so what cartoon is on your underwear.I said looney toons.She then reaches down and pulls my pants down to my ankles and the two of them just look at the cartoon on my underwear.After I pull my pants up she goes I want to see a different pair of underwear the the rest of the week I just agree.
It turns out she had a crush on me the whole time.We and up dating for two years after that.The sex was great and twice I get to sleep with her friend to.
Strategic error on your part. If you could have documented sexual harassment you'd have gotten a nice settlement. Owner would not want his daughter caught up in that BS, especially as the aggressor.
