Need ideas and fast

I’m 47 male and my best friend is female 36
I’ve been entertaining a lady same age as me, she pretty and clever.
She’s been very unsure about us being anymore than just friends, she would like to be more but her last boyfriend was a bully, creepy and cheated on her.
As much as I want it to be more than good friends she is good company.
We hold hands and cuddle and kiss each other hello and goodbye.
After 7 weeks we arrange to go to the Theatre, five days before the Theatre she said why don’t we book a hotel and make it nice evening with drinks.
I immediately told my friend who was happy for me, she told me to prepare myself for everything, clean shaven and I didn’t just mean your face, she then went on naming lots of things, even getting condoms.
What I haven’t told you is my best friend likes to play practical jokes.
I was collecting my lady friend at midday, about 10am my best friend turned up, wanted to make sure I was all set, all good I said, took your advice and going to trim my chest hair.
I step outside my back door to trim my chest hair, as I was doing it my friend said let me do it, chatting away (I was wearing jogging bottoms) she pulled my bottoms and boxers down and cut a lot of my pubic hair to my skin, she couldn’t stop laughing, all I could see was a big gap in my pubic hair.
She tried to blend it in but it was very obvious something strange is going on down there.
The evening was wonderful.
Now I would like to concentrate on getting my revenge on my best friend, a few days have now passed and she has forgotten about she did.
I would like ideas that’s semi permanent so she needs to explain.
