I do have a degree in neuroscience but the dopaminergic system and its interactions are not my specialty. I've thought about this and believe the outcomes you're experiencing are either:

A) the disinhibition of your characteristic desires for big black cocks, anal penetration, and general subservience to outside control which your brain has created due to the fear of social shame and status loss associated with those predilections

Or

B) the internal experience of relatively larger change in the salience of those behaviors versus normative behaviors due to their contraindicated physical and psychological effects.

That is, as the intentionally hyperbolic phrasing of A was meant to indicate, those are Bad Things in multiple domains of human experience and the re-leveling that methamphetamines induce in our perception of the ease and utility of certain behaviors - i.e. the feeling of being capable of anything - would be most palpable for the worst things.

Frankly, I don't know if this entirely would withstand better academic scrutiny, but I would think there would be very strong correlation in those psychological drives mostly just for Americans. In other places with less antipathy towards black or gay people or women (seriously, they do conceptually match up with the list in A) such as Europe (maybe) that the kinky phenomenology would be differently characterized.
