Special education teacher

I work as a substitute teacher at a high school. A really good friend of mine is a teacher and she teaches the special education. We have messed around before but when at work we keep it professional. I went to her classroom after I substituted for half a day and had nothing else to do so decided to go see her. There’s one student that he doesn’t speak or anything and has to have help going to the bathroom. She was walking him to the bathroom and got my attention and told me to come here. As I walk up she’s getting him to the bathroom and says “he’s got something good that is just getting wasted”. I asked what she meant and then she says watch. She pulls his pants down for him to use the bathroom and I kid you not, about 10-11in of dick flops out. I said omg. She says yea exactly. I walk away bc I don’t want to just see his dick. Next day we ended up meeting for lunch since it was the weekend. She brought it back up and said that’s insane it’s that big. I agreed and said yea it was huge. She says again that it’s a waste bc odds are it will never get used. I told her maybe not bc some special needs people end up getting married and so forth. She said yea but still. She then says she’s had thoughts to grab it and see what he does. I told her that’s risky. She said yea but he doesn’t talk and is out of it all the time and is mentally not there. I told her I’m not commenting on that. She said she’s had to touch it before but nothing in a sexual way but it crossed her mind to stroke it a few times to see if he gets hard and how massive it gets when hard. I told her I’m not getting into that and changed the subject.
